Amazing staff, Mari is fabulous!

I took my mom in today for her eye exam. Mari Mireles was amazing with my mom. She took her time and made sure she understood what was being done in her native language. (Spanish). Thanks kirk eye center for always taking such good care of my mom Alice.

Was super nervous to go for my eye exam here, but the atmosphere and people really helped me feel comfortable. A huge shout out to one particular employee, Shay Jackson, who helped me feel the upmost comfortable throughout the process!!

Ok, I'm not one to review places often, but I just have to rave about this place for a minute. I've been to so many different eye centers because of changing insurances, and this is by far my favorite. The facility is so bright and welcoming- immaculatly clean. And the staff is refreshingly warm. I don't love getting my eyes checked, its usually a frustrating and confusing process of being bumped room to room, lots of waiting (for who knows what because they never tell you) and then the prices are always confusing and I feel jipped and like there are so many hidden expenses I felt I should have been warned about. But not Kirk eye center!! I went in to get my eyes checked and the CUTEST tech helped me. Shay? Shea? Idk. But. She's lovely. She was very calming and gentle with the entire exam. She explained everything to me so I was always informed as to what was happening and why. She answered all of my questions in a way that made me feel valued and like she had all the time in the world for me. I hate being treated like a checklist. Kirk eye center makes you feel like a real person. The prices were very clearly explained and articulated to me upfront and they were so reasonable. I called with questions about different contacts and they were so knowledgeable and pleasant. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Love love love. Do yourself a favor and try them out. I won't be going anywhere else.
