Love the opthamology department, however, the optical department is always understaffed.One shouldn't have to sit and wait to pick up a contact order which is already paid for. Retrieving the order from the shelf takes less than a minute. This happens EVERY time when picking up a contact order. Best vision care in Loveland, CO. Staff are friendly and professional. I feel as though they really care about my eye health. Dr. Assay listens to concerns and has always provided thorough exams.

The entire process for being a first time patient was excellent. The entire staff was knowledgeable Well-trained with all aspects of the eye examination process. Dr. Kirk was excellent in his diagnostic and patient skills. There is no doctor in the area who is better than Dr. Kirk.
