Rhonda greeted me right away as I entered the door. She was pleasant and very helpful. Shelby was respectful and kind as she asked questions about my eyes. Heading to checkout Robbin assisted me. She was kind and professional. Dr. Asay was very helpful in resolving my eye injury. I'm back to normal. He was also very kind and personable and he seemed very relaxed and not in a hurry which is important to me. The entire team was fantastic and I will definitely be visiting again with other eye care needs.

My mom has had nothing but great help & has had everything explained so she can understand everything that is going to happen with every appointment! The staff is amazing! Mari & Shelby helped her on the last visit. They & Dr Kirk did everything to make her feel comfortable.

Lots of parking. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Technician and professional and kind, she explained things to me about my eyes and the procedure. Office is very nice.

Fantastic Customer Service! I was helped by a wonderfully friendly employee named Bri at the eyewear department. After losing my vision due to a retina detachment and having a long adverse time with restorative surgeries, I was looking forward to finally getting new glasses in completing the last step to finally seeing clearly. Bri was super helpful on pointing out all the options to best serve my needs. Along with her great attitude, Bri also helped find all the discounts to make the glasses I needed affordable. During this visit where our meeting kept us past closing time, Bri never made me feel rushed. Instead, Bri helped me feel special and valued. When my prescription sunglasses arrived and weren't dark enough to accommodate my eye sensitivity, Bri had new lenses ordered - free of charge - while allowing me to wear the sunglasses until the new lenses arrived. Dr. Kirk was thorough, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and patience. When Dr. Kirk learned that my retina had completely detached from the optic nerve, he immediately sent a referral to the best specialist to fix it. Afterward, Dr. Kirk performed my cataract surgery and did an excellent job! I recommend Kirk Eye Center for people looking to improve their quality of life by getting the best eye care for them and their family while feeling valued and well cared for.
