Out of 1.5. Hrs, I saw the doc 3 min and assistant 15 min. Do you schedule 1.5 hrs appointment and the last 3 min actually see the doc?

Love the opthamology department, however, the optical department is always understaffed.One shouldn't have to sit and wait to pick up a contact order which is already paid for. Retrieving the order from the shelf takes less than a minute. This happens EVERY time when picking up a contact order. Best vision care in Loveland, CO. Staff are friendly and professional. I feel as though they really care about my eye health. Dr. Assay listens to concerns and has always provided thorough exams.

Great staff, gorgeous office. Quick, efficient. Haven’t been to an eye doctor in years and my first visit back to an office was a very pleasant one. Very transparent about all the procedures and what they would be/feel like.

Everyone I interacted with from the receptionist to the doctor were very professional, friendly, and overall happy people.

The entire process for being a first time patient was excellent. The entire staff was knowledgeable Well-trained with all aspects of the eye examination process. Dr. Kirk was excellent in his diagnostic and patient skills. There is no doctor in the area who is better than Dr. Kirk.

Super nice staff. On time and very thorough.
